Privacy Policy

Lazenby Player Development Hoops Academy uses information voluntarily provided through email, player assessments and training inquiries to respond to requests, evaluate training needs, schedule services and provide player-development support.
Information We Receive
This may include player and guardian names, age, contact information, basketball background, goals, submitted film and waiver acknowledgments. A parent or legal guardian must participate for athletes under 18.
How Information Is Used
Information is used only for legitimate coaching, scheduling, communication, safety and service-delivery purposes. LPD does not sell customer information.
External Services
HUDL, Zoom, YouTube, social platforms, email providers and Cash App operate under their own privacy policies. Customers should review information displayed by those services before submitting information or payment.
Customer Data Protection
The LPD website does not maintain a customer database and does not request passwords, Social Security numbers, medical records, bank-account information, card numbers or Cash App login credentials. Training-request information is prepared in the customer’s own email application for review before the customer chooses to send it. Customers should use a trusted device and email account and should not include unnecessary sensitive information.
LPD limits access to received customer communications to legitimate coaching and business purposes. Customers may request correction or deletion of information by contacting LPD. Records are retained only as reasonably needed for service delivery, safety, legal obligations and business documentation.
Children and Minors
LPD is not intended to collect personal information directly from children under 13 without the protections required by applicable law. If LPD has actual knowledge that it has collected personal information online from a child under 13, the parent or legal guardian may contact LPD to request review or deletion. For athletes under 18, LPD requires parent or legal-guardian participation as stated on the training forms.
Where the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) applies, LPD will provide the notices and obtain verifiable parental consent required before collecting, using or disclosing covered personal information from a child under 13.
Minors
A parent or legal guardian must participate in registration, communication, waiver acceptance, video sharing and live coaching for athletes under 18.
Payments
LPD uses Cash App only at $CoreyLazenby. Payment information is entered only inside Cash App, not on the LPD website. LPD will never ask customers to type a card number, bank-account number, Cash App password or security code into this website. Always confirm the recipient and amount inside Cash App before sending payment.
